I've now lost all respect for the entire family.

For years I thought that Barbara Bush was the only sane and respectable member of the Bush family. She always seemed to be a kind woman much like my own Grandmother.
Not any more... In an interview on NPR's Marketplace about the NOLA refugees in Texas the former first lady said this:
"This is working very well for them. ...Almost everyone I've talked to says we're going to move to Houston."

"What I'm hearing which is sort of scary is they all want to stay in Texas. Everyone is so overwhelmed by the hospitality."

"And so many of the people in the arena here, you know, were underprivileged anyway, so this--this (she chuckles slightly) is working very well for them."

So apparently just because someone was poor to begin with it doesn't fucking matter that you lose everything because yhou didn't have that much to start with. WTF!?!?!?!?!
She's a typical Bush after all.

Jeez, that's ridiculous.

I guess the Bushies just figure /everybody/ wants to live forever in their homestate... even if it's crammed into the Astrodome like sardines.

And the American public /re-elected/ these people?!
